Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spoon a small amount of the mixture onto each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
