- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the lechon by roasting it until crispy.
- Slice the ham into thin pieces.
- Boil quail eggs for 5 minutes, then peel.
- Mix flour, sugar, butter, and salt to make dough.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Layer ham, eggs, and fruit cocktail on a serving plate.
- Serve warm with grated cheese on top.
