- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in eggnog, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until center is set. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Let cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open to prevent cracking.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
