A quick and delicious teriyaki chicken rice bowl for a simple dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- You can use frozen vegetables for convenience.
