- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or ers.
Notes
- For extra spice, use hot Rotel.
- Can be made in a slow cooker on low for 1-2 hours.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
