Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add diced vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Push vegetables to one side and crack the egg into the pan. Scramble until cooked.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use leftover rice for best results.
- Adjust vegetables based on preference.
- Add a dash of chili flakes for extra heat.
