- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and mix in the pizza sauce.
- Line a pie dish with the pre-made crust.
- Layer half the beef mixture, cheese, and pepperoni in the crust.
- Repeat the layers and cover with the top crust.
- Brush the top with egg wash and cut slits for ventilation.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade pizza sauce.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions if desired.
- Let the pie cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
