Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the base of a springform tin and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the filling over the biscuit base and chill for at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with sliced strawberries and brush with strawberry jam before serving.
