- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
