Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in gelatin powder until fully incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off oven and let cool inside for 1 more hour.
