A simple and delicious Hawaiian chicken sheet pan meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Place chicken in the center of a sheet pan.
- Arrange pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and onion around the chicken.
- Pour the sauce over everything.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh pineapple for best results
- Can substitute chicken thighs if preferred
- Double the sauce if you like extra flavor
