Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until beef is browned.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, vegetables, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cooked egg noodles and half the cheese.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Use fresh vegetables if preferred.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
