Instructions
- Pat the turkey cutlets dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the turkey cutlets for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer the cutlets to the crockpot. Pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Remove the turkey and thicken the liquid with cornstarch if desired.
