Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear pork chops for 2 minutes per side.
- Place onions and garlic in the crockpot.
- Add seared pork chops on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the pork chops.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve hot.
