A simple recipe for slow-cooked spiced nuts using a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine nuts in a crockpot.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the nuts and stir well.
- Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Spread nuts on parchment paper to cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
