Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups tater tots
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  3. Add both cans of soup, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and tater tots.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve warm.
