- 1 package (20 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Add frozen tortellini to the crockpot.
- Pour marinara sauce and vegetable broth over the tortellini.
- Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover and let it melt for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overcook to avoid mushy tortellini.
- Add cooked meat or vegetables if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
