Description

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag.
- Seal the bag, removing excess air.
- Label the bag with the meal name and date.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- When ready to cook, dump contents into a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.

- You can substitute chicken with beef or pork.
