- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery on top.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and add the bay leaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the bay leaf before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs with chicken .
- Add potatoes for extra heartiness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
