  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add kidney beans, black beans, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
