Instructions
- Place chicken wings in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and water.
- Pour the mixture over the wings.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Serve hot.
