- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Place sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chicken thighs on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot.

- For crispier skin, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes after slow cooking.
