Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef (optional)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage and dice the onion.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet if using.
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve warm.
