A simple and easy-to-make bread recipe using a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then stir until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or until golden brown.
- Remove from the crockpot and let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Make sure the water is warm but not too hot to avoid killing the yeast.
- You can add herbs or garlic powder for extra flavor.
- If the bread is not browning, broil it in the oven for a few minutes.
