Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Shape dough into a round loaf.
- Place dough in a greased slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or until golden.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a liner for easy cleanup.
- Check bread after 1.5 hours to avoid overcooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
