- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and dried basil. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
