- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb boneless chicken
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add sliced mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and seasonings.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir in heavy cream.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- You can use fresh or canned mushrooms.
- For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir in before serving.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
