Ingredients

- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup brie cheese (cubed)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a cube of brie in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use other cheeses if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For a crispier crust, brush with melted butter before baking.
