Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp cowboy butter (garlic herb butter)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in cowboy butter, heavy cream, parmesan, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot with extra parmesan if desired.
