Ingredients

  • 3 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place sliced onions at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Season pork ribs with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add ribs to the crock pot on top of the onions.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce and chicken broth over the ribs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve with extra barbecue sauce if desired.
