Instructions

- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in peppermint candy, nuts, cranberries, white chocolate chips, and cinnamon.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
