- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot. Add chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.

- For crispier skin, broil cooked thighs for 2-3 minutes before serving.
