- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, broth, milk, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Unroll pie crust and place over the top, trimming excess edges.
- Cut slits in the crust for venting.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add extra vegetables if desired.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
