Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add rice, broccoli, chicken broth, milk, and seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken with forks and stir everything together.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For creamier texture, add 1/4 cup cream cheese during last 30 minutes.
- Substitute brown rice but increase cooking time by 1 hour.
