  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, broccoli, and bell pepper in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the crockpot.
  6. Cook for an additional 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
