- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
- Add chopped artichoke hearts and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
