Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until sausage is browned and veggies are tender.
- Serve hot.
