Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat and transfer beef to crockpot.
  3. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices.
  4. Pour in water and stir well.
