Easy crockpot pasta recipe with ground beef for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well, cover, and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Add pasta in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
