Ingredients

- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet
- Drain fat and transfer to crockpot
- Add noodles, soup, broth, and seasonings to crockpot
- Cook on low for 4 hours
- Stir in sour cream before serving
