Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add tomatoes, olives, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm with rice or pita bread.
