- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Transfer chicken to the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Shred or slice chicken before serving.
