Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
Notes
- You can add cheese slices before serving.
- For extra flavor, toast the buns lightly.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
