Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and black pepper to the crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Stir in the egg noodles, butter, and heavy cream.
  4. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes
