Description
A crispy grilled cheesy tuna melt sandwich with a golden crust and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix tuna, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Spread tuna mixture over the cheese.
- Top with the second slice, buttered side up.
- Grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh bread for better crispiness.
