Description

A simple and delicious crispy baked Italian chicken parmesan recipe.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Coat chicken in olive oil, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot.

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
