Description
Crispy air fryer parmesan cod is a quick and healthy dish with a golden crust and tender fish inside.
Ingredients

- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Beat egg in another bowl.
- Dip each cod fillet in egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place coated cod fillets in the basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh cod for best results.
- Check fish at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
