- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden.
- Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a bowl.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Stir in roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a stronger garlic flavor, add extra roasted garlic.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
