Ingredients

  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil.
  3. Roast for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden.
  4. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a bowl.
  5. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  6. Stir in roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
  8. Serve warm with bread or crackers.
