Ingredients

- 200g feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place feta in a baking dish and surround with cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and crack eggs over the feta.
- Return to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until eggs are set.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
