- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add potatoes and coat evenly with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
